How we handle consent, calling rules, and your right to opt out at any time.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
A large part of our work involves calling and texting people in the United States, so the rules around consent matter to us and to the clients who rely on us. This page explains how we approach the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related rules, and how you can stop hearing from us.
We contact people who have asked to hear from us. Before we call or text you, there is a record showing that you filled in a form or otherwise agreed to be contacted. That record includes the wording you agreed to, the web page or form you used, and the date and time.
The consent language on our forms makes clear:
We do not use pre-checked consent boxes, and we do not hide the consent wording.
We only text people who have given permission to receive texts. Every campaign includes clear instructions to reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts is processed immediately, and you will get one confirmation message.
You never need to give a reason. Any of these works:
We add the number to our internal do-not-call list and keep it there. We honour these requests promptly, and within the time the law allows in all cases. If a law firm or partner already received your details before you opted out, they are a separate company and you may need to contact them as well; tell us and we will pass your request along.
We maintain a written do-not-call policy, train every agent on it before they take live calls, keep an internal suppression list that is checked before dialing, and retain consent and opt-out records for at least five years.
If you buy leads or transfers from us, we provide the consent record for each lead on request, including the wording the consumer agreed to, the source page and the timestamp. You remain responsible for your own compliance once a lead reaches you, including your own do-not-call checks, calling hours and any professional advertising rules that apply to your firm. We expect clients to honour opt-out requests they receive and to tell us about any complaint connected to a lead we supplied.
If you believe you were contacted without permission, or that an opt-out was not honoured, please tell us directly at ibtisam@telezamarketing.com or on +1 (251) 373-4684. We will look into it, tell you what we find, and correct it. We would much rather hear about a problem and fix it than have you left wondering.
This page describes how we operate. It is not legal advice, and it does not change any rights you have under federal or state law.
