These terms apply when you use telezamarketing.com, submit a form, or work with us as a client. By using the site or our services, you are agreeing to them. Please read them, and email us if anything needs clarifying.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by TELEZA Marketing LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with its US office at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, and an operations center in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean TELEZA Marketing LLC, and “you” means the person or business using the site or our services.

What we do

We generate motor vehicle accident leads for law firms, deliver live transfers, and provide call center and BPO support. We are a marketing and contact center company.

Using this site

You agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. Please do not:

• Submit someone else's details without their permission, or give us information you know to be false.
• Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
• Scrape, copy or republish our content for your own commercial use without our written permission.
• Use the site to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Information you submit

When you fill in a form or speak to one of our agents, you are telling us that the information is accurate and that it is yours to give. If you give us a phone number, you are confirming that it is your number and that you are allowed to receive calls and texts on it. Terms for business clients

If you buy leads, live transfers or BPO services from us, the specific commercial terms — volumes, pricing, return and credit policy, campaign criteria and payment schedule — are set out in the written agreement or order form we sign with you. That agreement takes priority over this page if the two ever conflict.

A few things that apply in any case:

• We deliver leads and transfers that meet the qualification criteria agreed with you. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, conversion rate, case value or revenue, because those depend on factors outside our control.
• You are responsible for how you contact and handle the consumers we introduce to you, and for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to your business, including advertising and solicitation rules for law firms.
• Invoices are payable on the terms set out in your agreement. We may pause delivery on overdue accounts.
• Either of us may end the arrangement as set out in the agreement. Work already delivered remains payable.

Confidentiality

Each of us may learn confidential information about the other while working together. Both sides agree to keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose it was shared.

Our content

The text, design, logo and materials on this site belong to TELEZA Marketing LLC, and you may not use them without our written permission. Anything you send us stays yours, but you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Site availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and both sides agree to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
